Job Title : Financial Analyst I

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst I who will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing financial information. This role involves conducting quantitative analyses that impact investment programs for various institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and completing financial tasks to support our business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a Financial Operations role to support both customers and internal business partners.
  • Analyze financial information to ensure timely and accurate invoicing for customers.
  • Interpret data to identify and resolve invoicing errors while collaborating with a small local team.
  • Utilize proprietary company systems for truck invoicing and manage other items impacting invoicing processes.
  • Oversee multiple Outlook inboxes within the operational team responsibilities.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and financial analysis.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and organizing invoicing information.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with finance and accounting practices.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting or finance.
  • 0-2 years of experience in financial and / or accounting roles.
  • High verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Capability to analyze errors, collaborate with teammates, and solve issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related financial software.

    • Work Environment

    Join a small, dynamic team of three people, actively seeking a fourth member to assist with critical roles as needed. The team is highly collaborative, interacting with other teams to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of truck invoices. This position is highly critical and visible within the company, offering opportunities for long-term growth and rewarding collaboration with team members and customers.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 / hr.
