Tool Clerk

We are currently seeking a Tool Repair Technician with a mechanical background to join our team. This role involves performing comprehensive inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of aircraft tools, including power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with mechanical systems and demonstrate a strong attention to detail, technical skill, and a commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform detailed inspections and diagnostics of various aircraft-related tools
  • Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble tools and components as needed
  • Identify and replace worn or damaged parts to ensure tools meet operational standards
  • Document all repairs, part replacements, and maintenance in the company ERP system
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing concerns and providing status updates on repairs
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow all safety protocols

Required Skills :

  • Mechanical background required automotive, industrial, or small equipment experience preferred
  • Prior experience with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical diagnostics a plus
  • Ability to read and understand manuals, schematics, or repair documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Basic computer skills for ERP system data entry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
