Role Snapshot
Our IT Manager of Hosting, Network, and Data Services is responsible for developing and executing the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s data management , network and hosting environments, including on-premises and cloud environments. This Manager ensures secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations, aligning with WPS’s business objectives while mitigating risks related to security, performance, compliance, and vendor dependencies. This Manager will help support and oversee third-party vendor relations, resources, and performance including SLA compliance and contractual enforcement. They will lead hosting and network engineers and be responsible for their coaching and development.
Salary Range
125,000 ~ $165,000
The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and may fall outside of this range.
Work Location
Our first consideration will be to have this new employee live in the state of Wisconsin to take advantage of Hybrid work and collaboration. Employees within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters ( 1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI) will be expected to be able to work 3 days on-site a week.
