Senior Graphic Design and Project Manager

We are seeking an uber creative and innovative Senior Graphic Design and Project Manager who can seamlessly blend artistic excellence with exceptional project management skills for a top-performing broker team. The ideal candidate will lead design initiatives, in partnership with our Global Sr. Creative Director while efficiently managing projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute innovative and impactful design concepts for real estate marketing, adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery stages while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and research, to align design projects with business goals.
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and provide guidance to sales team to foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and industry best practices to ensure designs are current and competitive.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and report on project statuses.

Salary : $110000 - $130000 annually

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110000 to $130000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
