As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Business Analyst

Candidates : US Citizens or GC Holders (this role is not open to CTC)

Location :  On-Site in Columbus, OH

Pay Range :  $75hr with benefits

Duration : Contract to Hire (initial contract 08 / 26 / 25 thru 04 / 30 / 26)

What's the Job?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems, objectives, and project scope.
  • Document business requirements in an organized and traceable manner.
  • Facilitate meetings to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements.
  • Support the development of user acceptance and quality assurance tests.
  • Assist in the evaluation of technology solutions to ensure they meet business needs.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as an IT business analyst or comparable role.
  • Strong facilitation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid experience in business analysis planning and requirements analysis.
  • Excellent MS-Excel, SQL, and Visio skills.
