Were looking for a long-term team member someone who is responsible, professional, and outgoing , with strong multitasking abilities and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate enjoys working with both adult and pediatric patients and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer high-volume incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately based on provider availability
- Check and respond to emails in a timely and organized manner
- Verify insurance eligibility (ELG checks) and document information
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding dental procedures and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with the front office team to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow
Qualifications :
- At least one year of experience in a dental office or call center role
- Knowledge of dental procedures, treatment planning, and insurance plans is required
- Strong understanding of HMO / PPO dental insurance, eligibility checks, and terminology
- Prior experience with Open Dental software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Dependable with a commitment to long-term growth and consistent attendance
Office Schedule :
- Monday Thursday : 8 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM
- Friday : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
