We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Lenexa, Kansas. This role requires a proactive and strategic leader who can oversee all aspects of HR operations, including compliance, employee relations, and hiring processes. Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring accurate management and communication of options.
- Utilize HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, addressing any related issues proactively.
- Develop and execute strategies for employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge related to HR practices.
- Monitor HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Proven experience in human resources management, ideally in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and HCM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience with managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Expertise in administering benefit programs and related functions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and drive improvements.
