We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take on a pivotal responsibility, bringing structure and efficiency to a disorganized component selection and management system. This is a dynamic position that will require you to work closely with leadership to create streamlined processes, ensuring quality and consistency in component sourcing and usage.

Our client, founded in Arizona, has grown organically over the past 50 years by providing a variety of sheet metal enclosures housing electronics and wire harnesses, tailored specifically for customers. This role offers the opportunity to be the technical leader following the retirement of the current Electrical Engineer. You will be mentored by an experienced engineer capable of designing everything from PCBs to programming FPGAs and RF Frequencies—skills that are rarely found in a single individual.

Job Title : Sr Electrical Engineer / PCB Designer

Location : Onsite

Shift : Day Shift (Flexible as long as work is consistent and completed. Average workweek : 40-45 hours.)

Job Responsibilities :

The Sr Electrical Engineer / PCB Designer will collaborate with Sales, Clients, and Manufacturing teams to design, test, and develop electronics using Alterra and PCAD for board design. The role also includes the opportunity to help select new tool sets if needed.

Job Progression :

• BSEE with 1+ years of board design experience
