Responsible for assembling the takeout orders and packing food & beverage. Maintain cleanliness and positivity in guest interactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete side work checklist for shift dailyPrepare takeout condiments : ginger, wasabi, and saucesAssemble take out containers and fold takeout temaki dividersPack food and beverage nicely and accuratelyUpdate order status on doordash app and toast posConfirm that orders are completed properly and consult a manager if there is something wrongMaintain cleanliness in food service areas and throughout the food establishmentRestock items that were depleted during the shiftMaintain sanitation to Department of Health standards; Keep work area clean and organizedReport prepped item inventory for the day for the Chef on Duty and compile opening prep list for the following shift in conjunction with the Chef on DutyAudit and execute the catering pack list; Review packed food items with Catering Chef; Communicate needs with Chef on DutyPortion protein and execute veg prep as assigned by Chef on DutyAssist in mixing protein for Counter use / setupAssist in shari productionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
