- Doesn’t wait to be told to clean something that’s dirty. You just do it.
- Thinks retail should be experienced, not just displayed. Try it on. Feel it. Love it.
- Can have direct, honest conversations—with grace and grit
- Believes “plus 1%” is a mindset, not just a metric
