The Role

You're not just answering phones and folding leggings (although you'll do both).

You're the heartbeat of our studio , the first and last impression, and the reason people say, “I’ve never felt so welcomed anywhere.”

  • Talks to people like a human (and not like a script, although you’ll use one to guide you)
  • Can get a new lead into a class within 48 hours—and make them feel excited about it
  • Will pick up the phone faster than your nosy aunt on Thanksgiving
  • Knows that a “thank you” card isn’t optional—it’s sacred
  • Doesn’t wait to be told to clean something that’s dirty. You just do it.
  • Thinks retail should be experienced, not just displayed. Try it on. Feel it. Love it.
  • Can have direct, honest conversations—with grace and grit
  • Believes “plus 1%” is a mindset, not just a metric

Daily Mission Checklist ( Things You’ll Actually Do)

  • Call every new lead within 2 minutes of inquiry. Not 3. Two.
  • Book every lead into a class within 48 hours. Convert curiosity into commitment.
  • Deliver personalized calls, texts, and voicemails (leave the generic stuff to bots)
  • Follow our pre / post-class SOPs like your conversion rate depends on it (because it does)
  • Write hand-written, personalized welcome cards. Yes, really.
  • Manage memberships, billing, and Club Ready like a seasoned CRM wizard
  • Handle sensitive membership convos with empathy and honesty
  • Clean until the studio sparkles—then go one step further
  • Enforce policies with a smile (and an eye for opportunity)
  • Take 2+ classes per week to live the experience you’re selling
  • Support grassroots events, milestone celebrations, and make magic happen for our members
  • Collect social media content
  • You Bring :

  • Sales savvy, people passion, and conversational charisma
  • Resilience and thick skin (we’re direct—and you should be too)
  • Obsessive attention to detail (borderline OCD? Welcome home.)
  • A natural ability to build relationships quickly—and genuinely
  • Flexibility in your schedule, hustle in your heart
  • A goal-oriented, team-first mentality with a love for growth
  • Tech competence (Club Ready experience = gold star)
  • Athletic apparel (no hoodies or sweatpants—this is boutique fitness, not your couch)
  • Musts (Non-Negotiables) :

  • Fluent in English with great written and verbal communication
  • Customer service that goes beyond “How can I help you?”
  • Availability for weekends, early mornings, daytime, evening, and holidays as needed
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs and handle light-to-heavy cleaning tasks
