Entry Level Recruiter
Health Advocates Network is currently seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our team. The person in this role will be working for our company Health Advocates Network. This is NOT A REMOTE ROLE and the person in this role will be physically working at our office in West Covina, CA.
Health Advocates Network is a nation-wide Staffing company working with low to high level professionals in healthcare and administrative services.
Compensation : Hourly Rate : $22 / hr. Bonus pay, PTO, Holiday Pay
Benefits : Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Shift Details : Monday-Friday 8 : 30 AM-5 : 00 PM. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
Additional Information : This is full-time, permanent, in-house position.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Must have one year (12 months) working experience in customer service / support or sales.
- Must have one year (12 months) working experience in an office setting / environment.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional organization and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong customer support / sales skills sets
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Experience using online cloud devices such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.
- Must have impeccable customer service (email and phone) and time management skills as well as a great attendance record.

Full cycle recruiting of hourly and salaried positionsPrompt Telephone and email correspondenceDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsSource and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.Screen candidates resumes and job applications.Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.High volume telephone coverageEmail correspondenceFaxing, scanning, filingDealing with confidential informationMining through online sources for candidates in JobDivaData EntryRespond to all employee inquiries and clientsMaintain and update information in applicant tracking systemPrepare candidate files for managementSort and screen applicants, verify application documents submittedWorking closely with clients to meet hiring needsIf interested, please apply through this job post.
