We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our team in Orlando, Florida, on a contract basis. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in accounting systems and financial operations. You will play a key role in managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting organizational goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Utilize accounting software systems to manage financial data and processes effectively.
  • Perform tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct audits to verify financial records and compliance with established policies.
  • Process and oversee billing functions to maintain smooth financial operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Handle ERP systems to monitor and report on financial activities.
  • Support payroll functions using tools such as ADP and Ceridian.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
  • Proven experience with accounting software systems, including ERP tools.
  • Familiarity with ADP, Ceridian, and Concur for payroll and expense management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Background in auditing and financial compliance.
  • Proficiency in billing and reconciliation functions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
