Superintendent / Senior Superintendent

Title :  Construction Superintendent

Location : Austin, TX

Salary :  $130k - $160k + bonus, car allowance, flexible PTO, 401k w / match, benefits

Requirements :  Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on projects over $25 Million.

You Will : This role oversees construction project execution, ensuring safety compliance, schedule management, and budget control. Key duties include coordinating vendors, resolving site issues, maintaining accurate records, and managing quality control. It also involves regular reporting, site cleanliness, and closing out projects per contract requirements. Flexibility for additional tasks and consistent worksite presence are essential.

Requirements :

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on projects over $25 Million.
• Must have STRONG STABILITY in your past roles, and a track record of completed projects within the same company
