Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for transporting pallets, staging materials, supporting shipment preparation, and executing general warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, as well as rider pallet jacks and other industrial equipment

Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any issues

Stage fruit bins and pallets for inbound and outbound shipments

Load, unload, and properly rack goods

Maintain and follow all forklift and scanner maintenance protocols

Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from safety hazards

Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Label pallets accurately and ensure secure and stable loads

Use scanner equipment to ensure accurate inventory tracking and pallet management

Report any facility or pallet damages promptly

Perform pallet down-stacking and restacking as needed

Support weekly and monthly inventory counts with high accuracy

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of certified forklift operation experience

Familiarity with AS400 systems is preferred

Strong adherence to safety procedures and SOPs

Effective verbal communication and teamwork skills

Ability to lift and move items weighing 25 to 50 pounds

Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (34°F to 42°F)
