HRIS Integration Engineer

A company is looking for an HRIS Integration & Automation Engineer. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Configure and enhance Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and chatbot tools, focusing on user experience Identify opportunities for automation in HR operations and streamline digital processes across HR platforms Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 3-5 years of experience developing Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, preferably with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) 1-2 years of experience customizing and designing in Redwood Applications Experience with chatbot / AI solutions, particularly Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Certification and Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Certification (one or more modules) are required; Oracle Redwood Application Developer Certification is highly preferred
