Inside Sales Account Manager – Consultative Sales (Government, Healthcare & Office Furniture Markets)
MityLite is an award-winning manufacturer of professionally designed, highly durable event furniture. Trusted worldwide, our products are found in government facilities, healthcare environments, and office furniture settings .
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is all about building relationships over the phone—not high-pressure selling. Our products are already trusted and respected; your job is to connect with clients, understand their needs, and guide them to the best solutions for their facilities. To succeed, you’ll need to be proactive, consultative, self-managed, and relentless about helping clients choose the best solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Drive sales activity primarily via phone calls, email, and virtual presentations (both inbound and outbound).
- Manage the customer journey from first contact through closing.
- Collaborate with the internal customer support team to ensure smooth post-sales follow-up and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow an active database of current and prospective customers, ensuring consistent and timely outreach.
- Act as a trusted product expert, helping clients identify the best solutions for their needs while introducing complementary options.
- Partner closely with office furniture dealers to support their projects and expand market opportunities.
- Own your pipeline, forecasting, and performance against sales goals.
What We Offer

2+ years of proven inside sales or account management experience.Strong ability to deliver client-focused, consultative solutions .Excellent phone presence, listening skills, and relationship-building abilities.Experience working with or selling through dealers / distributors a plus.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.Clear communicator, both verbal and written.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on phone-based, consultative selling and enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team.
