BayMark Health Services is seeking an experienced

Director of Real Estate

to lead all lease-related functions and real estate

strategy

across our nationwide portfolio, including treatment centers, corporate offices, and the National Support Center. This role is ideal for a proven leader with deep expertise in commercial real estate, lease negotiations, and portfolio management—particularly in a multi-site or regulated industry environment.

What You'll Do :

Lead lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, and new site acquisitions to secure favorable terms.

Oversee lease tracking, extensions, and compliance to avoid operational disruptions.

Manage site selection for new clinics, ensuring alignment with business goals and local regulations.

Serve as the primary liaison with landlords and property managers, resolving issues promptly.

Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Insurance teams to ensure agreements support business objectives and mitigate risks.

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate

Business Administration, Finance, or related field (

Master's

preferred).

7–10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate management, leasing, and negotiations.

Proven success managing a multi-site lease portfolio; healthcare experience a plus.

Strong understanding of real estate law, zoning regulations, and property management best practices.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
