As a Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.
On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-upsIn a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships
Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitationsEnjoys working with peopleValidating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improveEarning the trust with our CustomersWorking within a sales team and process
Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practiceDocumenting sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in betweenReporting accurately and weeklyBrainstorming to find new leads and opportunitiesRequired Qualifications :
Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energeticLicensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving recordProfessional, caring and service-mindedReadiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales teamPreferred Skills :
General working knowledge of property and / or construction industryExperience using CRM tool and processExperience working in base + commission environment
