Refractive Account Manager- Surgical Sales

We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon! As a Refractive Wavelight Manager , one will be trusted to work on selling full product mix of WaveLight Refractive products based in the Seattle, WA, Salt Lake City, UT and Bay Area, CA.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Achieve the sales objectives for capital equipment (excimer / femtosecond lasers / diagnostics) and procedural sales goals assigned to the territory. Efficiently and responsibly manage all assigned accounts.
• Routinely work in conjunction with other Refractive Team members to quickly generate sales, provide installation, improve clinical outcomes, and improve business outcomes.
• Handle expenses within prescribed guidelines and implement marketing plans.
