What youll be doing :
Lead the full design and implementation of DeltaV control systems for complex, GMP-regulated projectsDevelop project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery on time and within scopeDesign batch sequencing, phase logic, and recipe structures using ISA-88 principlesCreate DeltaV graphics via DeltaV Live and Operate in line with ISA-101 HMI guidelinesBuild scalable, class-based automation solutionsIntegrate DeltaV with third-party systems via OPC UA, Ethernet / IP, Modbus, etc.Define system infrastructure including server architecture, virtualization, cybersecurity, and redundancyLead FAT / SAT activities, commissioning, and validation effortsMentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teamsTravel up to 25% for on-site commissioning and client engagementRequirements :
Bachelors degree in Electrical, Control Systems, or Chemical Engineering (or related field)815 years of automation experience in Life Sciences / Pharma environmentsDeep expertise in Emerson DeltaV, including DeltaV Live and OperateStrong command of ISA-101 high-performance graphics and ISA-88 batch processingProven ability to manage full project lifecyclesProficient in automation protocols : Ethernet / IP, Modbus TCP / IP, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, OPC UASkilled in electrical design, MCCs, VFDs, panel layouts, power distributionFamiliar with cGMP, GAMP5, and 21 CFR Part 11Experience with industrial networking and server infrastructureWillingness to travel up to 25% and work extended hours when neededDoes this sound like something you want to be part of?
