Practice Management System Administrator

Are you passionate about optimizing dental practices through cutting-edge technology? Do you have expertise in Denticon and a drive to transform dental organizations? If so, we want you to join our team as a Practice Management System Administrator!

We're embarking on an ambitious project to implement Denticon PMS across 165 practices and are seeking an expert who understands best practices in PMS implementation, administration, and optimization. We're on a mission to build a culture of efficiency and excellencewhere every dental practice has the tools, resources, and support to thrive. In this role, you'll be instrumental in implementing, managing, and optimizing Denticon to help our practices reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Administration & Integration :

  • Configure, maintain and support Denticon PMS across the network
  • Integrate Denticon with systems such as Apteryx, Pearl A.I., and our SQL-based data warehouse
  • Manage secure API integrations and data exchanges with third-party applications

Data Migration & Mapping :

  • Execute data mapping and migration from legacy systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentrix) to Denticon
  • Design and maintain ETL processes to ensure accurate and secure data transfer
  • System Support & Troubleshooting :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Denticon-related issues
  • Manage user access, role-based security, and system configurations
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system problems with urgency
  • Documentation & Training :

  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and data mappings
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users during and after implementation
  • Testing & Quality Assurance :

  • Lead pre- and post-conversion testing to validate data and system performance
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure secure, compliant operations
  • What We Need From You :

  • 5+ years of Denticon experience with a focus on administration, configuration, and optimization
  • Strong technical skills in user management, system security, and third-party integrations
  • Proficiency in data migration and mapping from legacy systems with a focus on accuracy and integrity
  • Solid understanding of dental practice workflows and how to optimize system settings accordingly
  • Hands-on experience with network configuration and secure system connectivity
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong documentation practices and ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven success leading large-scale, multi-location implementations with adaptability to different practice needs
