Marine Structural Engineer

A company is looking for a Marine / Maritime Structural Engineer. Key Responsibilities Solve structural engineering problems on complex ship design projects Develop technical specifications, analysis reports, calculations, and test procedures Perform quality assurance reviews of products including calculations, models, drawings, and reports Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship is required Must be able to quickly obtain a Security Clearance Requires a BS degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with more than 2 years of relevant experience Must have Structural Engineering experience on US Navy Ships and / or commercial maritime vessels Proficient with industry software including AutoCAD and Finite Element Software
