We’re hiring Charity Events Assistants to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns, community outreach events, and donor engagement initiatives.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination , nonprofit fundraising , and community relations —all while making a real impact. 💼 What You’ll Do :

  • Assist with the planning and execution of charity events , fundraisers, and local outreach programs Support event logistics : setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and on-site support Engage with the public to raise awareness for nonprofit missions and encourage donor participation Help manage and distribute event materials and promotional content Track donor and event data, assist with follow-ups and reporting Collaborate with internal teams and nonprofit partners to ensure event success Participate in regular team trainings and development sessions ✅ Who We’re Looking For : Passionate about nonprofit work , community service , and social causes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with the public Organized and reliable with attention to detail Able to multitask and work well in fast-paced event environments Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Previous event, fundraising, or volunteer experience is a plus—but not required! 🎁 What We Offer :
