Hourly rate ranges from $17.75 - $18.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Operations Manager! In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional guest services. You will assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations and maximizing sales and profitability by developing staff and implementing strategies to control expenses and shrinkage. You will also be involved in all aspects of merchandising and inventory management while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old and possess prior retail or management experience. Please note that the role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
