Advance Services has an exciting new opening for a Punch Press Setup in Brooklyn Park, MN!

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

Set up and operate punch presses (45–400 tons) using progressive tools, compound blanks, transfer tools, and temporary tooling to produce quality metal stampings.
Install and maintain safety equipment around presses.
Set up and troubleshoot progressive dies, stage tooling, and temporary tooling.
Operate coil handling equipment (servo feeds, straighteners, reel / cradle unloaders).
Perform first / last piece inspections.
Start and support production operators, ensuring safety compliance.

Shift : 1st. Monday-Thursday

Hours : 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Pay : $29-33 / HR

Requirements / Qualifications :

One year of Punch Press Set-Up experience is required.

Experience with operating certain punch press set ups is ideal!

3 years of monitoring quality of output

Quality control techniques is preferred.
