A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate. Key Responsibilities : Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims Educate customers on consumer-driven health care and assist them in selecting benefit plans Support customers in navigating digital tools and resources related to their health plans Required Qualifications : High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience Experience with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate complex systems Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime
