Position Overview :

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual for our Full-Time Patient Registration role. This position is the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities include :

Greeting and registering patients

Verifying insurance and collecting required documentation

Managing patient information with accuracy and confidentiality

Supporting front office operations as needed

Qualifications :

High School diploma or GED required

Strong history of longevity in previous roles

Recent experience in a similar patient registration or medical office position preferred

Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
