Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Hollywood, FL is seeking a proven Spa Manager to lead a team, drive growth, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role with strong earning potential and a clear career path.

    • What You’ll Do :

  • Keep the spa fully booked and maximize scheduling
  • Grow the esthetic services business through sales and training
  • Deliver five-star client experiences that drive membership growth and retention
  • Recruit, hire, and inspire a high-performing team

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4+ years of leadership in spa, fitness, hospitality, or sales management
  • Proven track record of driving sales and growing memberships
  • A growth-minded leader who thrives on coaching and motivating teams
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required

    • Compensation : $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
