A company is looking for an Activations Technician to join their team. Key Responsibilities Complete activations for external customers, including new installs and disconnects Partner with departments to troubleshoot customer activation issues Manage assigned queues and maintain service level objectives Required Qualifications Telecommunications or related field of study / work Minimum of 1 certification in telecom or networking fields Fundamental knowledge of the OSI model and Ethernet Exposure to network design and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, ISP) Availability for overnight maintenance with vendors as needed
