Lead Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Lead (Heroku). Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Heroku billing support to resolve customer issues Design, build, and maintain production services at scale Modernize internal legacy systems while ensuring operational excellence Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on large-scale, distributed systems Proven experience in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs Strong knowledge of transaction management concepts Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Ruby, Elixir, Java, Python, Go) A related technical degree is required
