Peer Support Services Coordinator

Location : Eugene, OR

Schedule : Part-Time

Compensation : $24–$33 / hour (DOE)

About the Role

As Peer Support Services Coordinator, you will lead a team of Peer Support Specialists, ensuring services are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-focused. You'll oversee daily operations, provide supervision, and develop innovative programming that empowers participants and strengthens our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Support Staff : Hire, train, and supervise Peer Support Specialists
  • Coordinate Programs : Oversee operations at the Pathways Learning Center and develop group curricula
  • Deliver Services : Facilitate peer groups, provide 1 : 1 support, and connect participants to resources
  • Collaborate : Work closely with clinical teams, community partners, and families
  • Ensure Quality : Monitor outcomes, maintain compliance, and promote best practices

Required Qualifications

In accordance with OAR , candidates must meet the following criteria :

  • Be a certified Peer Support Specialist (PSS) or Peer Wellness Specialist (PWS)
  • Have at least one year of experience in behavioral health treatment services
  • Be listed on the Traditional Health Worker (THW) Registry
  • Demonstrate knowledge of trauma-informed care, co-occurring disorders, and recovery principles
  • Possess strong communication, leadership, and boundary-setting skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform standard office tasks
