Construction Industry Controller

A company is looking for a Controller, Outsourced Accounting - Construction Industry Clients. Key Responsibilities Manage a remote accounting team and oversee job profitability and budgets Serve as the primary contact for construction client engagements and provide advisory services Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and advise on process improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required 8+ years of full cycle accounting experience in the construction industry Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience Experience with accounting software such as Netsuite, Yardi, Appfolio, QuickBooks Online, and Sage Intacct preferred Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred but not required
