Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead and optimize the candidate review process for product and infrastructure pipelines. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end management of the candidate review process for product and infrastructure hiring pipelines Collaborate with recruiting, engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to define review criteria, workflows, and timelines Track and analyze key metrics related to candidate review throughput, quality, and outcomes; provide regular reports to leadership Qualifications Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a recruiting or technical hiring context Strong understanding of product and infrastructure engineering roles and hiring pipelines Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment BA / BS degree with 4+ years of coordination, recruiting, program management, or operations experience Strong data analysis and analytical skills
