POSITION – CNC Grinder

JOB LOCATION – Brown Deer, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift | 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm, Monday to Friday

STARTING PAY – $21 to $22 per hour (based on experience)

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Must have experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools

Join a company that values continuous learning and advancement! As a CNC Grinder, you'll work with a wide range of machines and have the opportunity to develop new skills. Overtime is available when production allows, with the option to come in early or stay late.

Please note : this is a hot and very dusty environment , so comfort working in those conditions is a must. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC grinding equipment
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and customer specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines
• Work safely in a hot, dusty environment while maintaining production goals
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
