A company is looking for an Epic Implementation Analyst to support client hospitals during system implementation and post-go-live optimization. Key Responsibilities Actively participate in new Epic implementations and system optimization projects Collaborate with hospital leadership, clinicians, and IT staff to ensure seamless integration Translate hospital operational needs into Epic workflows and system configuration Required Qualifications 5+ years of Epic experience with direct involvement in Epic implementation projects Epic certification(s) in one or more modules Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and system adoption strategies Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment Bachelor's degree preferred
