Cowboys Club Porter / Dishwasher

As the world headquarters for the Dallas Cowboys, the Star is the most comprehensive NFL training facility in the country. In addition to serving as the home to the entire football operations and practice fields, The Ford Center at The Star also includes a multipurpose, 12,000 seat, an indoor stadium that provides facilities for use by the Cowboys, City of Frisco, and Frisco ISD football and soccer games. The facility includes the Cowboys Club Restaurant and catering event spaces, which offer warm hospitality and unparalleled service for a venue of this kind.

Responsibilities :

The Porter is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods.

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine.
• Unload dishes, and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly.
• Empty trash containers regularly.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested.

Qualifications

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies, and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training, and any additional job-specific safety training.
