Patient Accounts Manager

A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Manager to manage billing and collection functions for Patient Accounts Receivable in a fully remote setting. Key Responsibilities Generate billing statements and manage patient accounts receivable Communicate with patients regarding overdue balances and establish payment arrangements Develop procedures and strategies to improve billing practices and reduce bad debt losses Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Reimbursement Management or supervision in an infusion setting Knowledge of financial accounting and healthcare billing regulations Experience with reimbursement processes, including billing and collections Experience with data analysis and reporting to identify trends and improve results
