Remote or onsite : preferrable - hybrid with onsite 3 times a week (Tue Wed Thur); Manager is also ok with candidates that are fully remote

This role will primarily support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Revenue Management with additional responsibilities across Accounts Payable (AP) General Ledger (GL) and other financial operations.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Education : Associate or Bachelors degree (Business Finance Accounting Information Systems or related).
  • Experience : 5 years as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on NetSuite .
  • NetSuite Expertise :

Deep knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) .

  • Proficient in SuiteFlow SuiteBuilder saved searches and custom reporting .
  • Core Skills :

    • Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation abilities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

    • Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Oracle Fusion or other CRM / ERP integrations.
  • NetSuite certifications (Administrator or SuiteCloud Developer).
  • Background in SaaS or subscription-based business models .
  • Familiarity with financial reporting standards like ASC 606 .
