About the Role : as an Operations Analyst , you'll report directly to the Vice President of Operations. Your role will involve leveraging your technical skills and deep understanding of multifamily and townhome investment properties to drive operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing - Key Responsibilities :
Financial Analysis & Modeling : Dive deep into financial data to assess property performance, investment returns, and uncover strategic growth opportunities.Operations Management Support : Collaborate with the operations team to create comprehensive reports and plans for enhancing operational efficiency.Technology Evaluation : Test and evaluate new technologies, providing actionable recommendations to improve processes.Report Preparation : Compile and present weekly summaries, property updates, and quarterly performance reports with accuracy and insight.Internal Report Maintenance : Ensure data integrity and consistency across all company reports and tracking initiatives.Performance Reporting : Develop detailed performance reports and presentations for senior management and investors, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.Compliance Monitoring : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, implementing necessary updates.Technology & Data Analytics : Utilize tech and data analytics tools to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement.Additional Duties : Support various projects and tasks as they arise, showcasing flexibility and proactive problem-solving.Ready to make a difference? What We're Looking For :
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.Experience : 1-2 years in multifamily, real estate finance, or a related field.Skills : Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis software. Business intelligence experience is a bonus.Communication : Excellent communication and presentation skills.Knowledge : In-depth understanding of real estate markets, property operations, and financial analysis.Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.Detail-Oriented : Commitment to accuracy and quality in all work products.Preferred : Experience with Yardi is a plus but not required.KSSITE
