Reports to : Chief Revenue Officer
Job Type : Full-time Onsite / $70,000-$90,000 Annually DOE

Loveland Innovations is the maker of IMGING, the leading property inspection software. Our technology uses AI (before it was cool), drones, smartphones, 3D models, and aerial data to make property data easy to get and easy to use. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to immediately contribute to our growth. This person will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, helping to manage marketing / sales systems, managing marketing event logistics, analyzing market trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and sales.
Job Responsibilities :
- Define and execute marketing plans to generate high-quality leads and create / accelerate opportunities to drive revenue across multiple industry verticals
- Responsible for demand generation including all or parts of digital marketing, email marketing, industry events, SEO, PPC, and content
- Develop and deliver high-touch marketing programs that generate quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle, and build community with current customers
- Create, execute, monitor, report, and follow-up on campaigns to generate a targeted number of leads
- Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product, and others to execute agreed upon marketing plans
- Manage campaigns and attribution through Salesforce, present recommendations to improve attribution and tracking, ensure consistency in reporting
- Support sales through material, logistics, and other tasks
- Travel to select regions to provide onsite support to sales for events
- Manage the company's lead database in Salesforce
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degreePrevious B2B marketing and / or sales experienceSelf-motivated, able to work autonomously and proactively communicate across teamsStrong project management and organization skills with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives at onceAbility to bring new ideas and provide fresh perspectives on current campaigns, messages, positioning, or processesResults oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goalsExcellent interpersonal skills in person, by phone and over emailA creative or innovative flair - the ability to creatively solve problems and make marketing fun and interestingProfessional writing abilityAbility to travel to trade show events as needed (less than 5% of the time)2-3 years of marketing experiencePreferred Qualifications
