Provides staff orientation training and ensures all staff competencies. Require exceptional leadership and laboratory skills along with knowledge of regulatory agency standards. Lab Manager with at least 3 years of experience Manages all employees in the Clinical Laboratory. Hospital located several hundred miles west of Anchorage, seeking a Lab Manager. Great pay and benefits listed below.
Starting Pay : $115,508 / annually
- Sign-on on bonus, retention, and relocation eligible
- 3yrs agreement, $15k sign on bonus, retention; 7% 1st and 2nd year, 9.1% 3rd year
- 2yrs agreement, $10k sign on, retention; 6% 1st and 2nd year
- Relocation; 20k family, $15k individual
