ABOUT THE ROLE

Citadel CPM is in search of an experienced Document Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage all documentations for the construction projects through planning, design, jurisdictional approvals, environmental permitting, construction, and close-out. Additionally, you will play a key role in assisting the project management team.

ABOUT YOU

You are a document controls specialist with minimum of 3 years of experience in overseeing the lifecycle of construction and facility-related documentation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Oversee the organization, archiving, and retrieval of project close-out documentation, ensuring records are complete, standardized, and accessible.
  • Maintain, update, and optimize the digital document library, ensuring seamless access for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage correspondence requests, providing timely responses and secure access to reference drawings, construction plans, and related documentation.
  • Establish and maintain a project document filing system in accordance with clients needs and requirements
  • Manage all documents for the project in the assigned project management system as the electronic project file of record and maintain subsequent logs and reports from the same system
  • Prepare electronic document templates and create documents as required; Administer document processes to ensure control and availability of documentation to project team
  • Assist project team in preparing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned to ensure control of project documentation
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years experience of project / construction management experience.
  • Administer the document lifecycle (authors, approves, publishes, revises, retires, archives) for all design and construction documents including drawings, correspondence, procedures, and forms.
  • EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • BS or BA from a recognized college or university in Architecture, Engineering, Information Systems or a closely related field highly preferred.
  • PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with Expedition, Unifier, Bluebeam Revu, Prolog Manager and Prolog Converge, Procore, E-Builder and other similar software programs.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, licenses, skill set, experience and / or performance. Base pay is only one component of Citadels total compensation packages for employees.

    Pay range for the Documents Control Specialist is $72,000 - $82,000 salary per year.
