As a Logistics Coordinator at GreenSavers , you'll play a key role in coordinating project schedules, communicating with clients and subcontractors, and supporting internal teams to deliver outstanding home performance services. From the moment a client pays their deposit to the handoff to our project management team, you'll be the main driver of a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication, calendar and spreadsheet mastery, and a commitment to continuous improvement. GreenSavers is a contractor focused on home energy efficiency in Portland and Central Oregon. For multiple years in a row, the US EPA and DOE have selected GreenSavers from 14,500 contractors nationwide as an ENERGY STAR® Contractor of the Year. WHAT WE OFFER

  • 55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of production schedules and client communication from deposit to project handoff. This role is integral to maintaining an efficient workflow across departments and delivering an exceptional client experience.

You'll manage calendars and spreadsheets, schedule projects and subcontractors, support permit processes, and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care. You'll thrive in this role if you're a natural organizer, communicator, and problem-solver who takes pride in delivering excellent service and operational clarity.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong data management and spreadsheet experience
  • Professional demeanor and ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals
  • Sound judgment, self-direction, and willingness to ask for help when needed
  • Experience using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and internal data systems
  • A valid driver's license (if driving a company vehicle)
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in logistics, scheduling, or administrative coordination
  • Familiarity with construction or home performance industries
  • Spanish fluency a plus
