As a Logistics Coordinator at GreenSavers , you'll play a key role in coordinating project schedules, communicating with clients and subcontractors, and supporting internal teams to deliver outstanding home performance services. From the moment a client pays their deposit to the handoff to our project management team, you'll be the main driver of a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication, calendar and spreadsheet mastery, and a commitment to continuous improvement. POSITION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of production schedules and client communication from deposit to project handoff. This role is integral to maintaining an efficient workflow across departments and delivering an exceptional client experience.
You'll manage calendars and spreadsheets, schedule projects and subcontractors, support permit processes, and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care.
