Duties & Responsibilities
Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and softwarePosting financial transactions using QuickBooksReceiving and recording checks and ACH paymentsProducing a variety of reportsReconciling, reporting, and researching any discrepancies found in billingReconcile accounts in a timely mannerDaily enter key data of transactions in invoicesPerforming basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.Recording information, processing, and filing forms.Sending invoices to customers to request payment for services or goods providedUsing documents to verify, record, and process transactions.Skills & Qualifications

Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerkFamiliarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting proceduresCompetency in MS Office ExcelWell organized and attention to detail\detail orientedAptitude for numbersQuickBooks knowledge is a plusAbility to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
