Tax Senior :

Comp : $120-130k base Depends on experience
Location : Firm is HQ in Maumee

Preference is in office with the flexibility for hybrid work after a ramp up period

Hybrid options are available case by case basis

Perks : PTO, Profit Sharing discretionary typically ~15-20+% of annual salary, Full Benefits, Annual Bonus discretionary

Hours : Based on 2000 Productive Hours (annual 40 hr avg, 55-60 January to end of March

Growth : Partnership Path available (near term OR immediate if there is a book of business that comes)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the preparation, review and client engagements for 1040, 990, 1065, 1120, and 1120S

Weighted focus on Construction and NPO clientele

Engage with Clients Face to Face

Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.

Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

BS Accounting required + MS preferred

CPA required

8+ years of public accounting Tax experience

2+ years in a leading engagements cradle to grave

Experience in 401k, EBP, Construction, For Profits and NPO

1040, 990, 1065, 1120, and 1120S

Benefits

120-130k base depending on experience

Amazing Profit Sharing :

Discretionary but typically 15-20% of salary + 4% match

55-60 hrs during busy season January - end of March
