A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers through inbound calls while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and assist with problem-solving Promote products and drive sales during customer interactions Personalize the customer experience by addressing specific needs and concerns Required Qualifications Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Greater Boise, ID area, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, or Virginia Ability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed Experience navigating multiple systems and screens during customer interactions Must possess a self-provided computer or laptop meeting specified requirements Attendance and participation in a mandatory six-week paid training program
