Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Producer to join the North America Sponsored Production team. The Lead Producer will work directly with internal creative and sales teams, external brands, agencies, and vendors to create best-in-class creative for our client. This role will require management and oversight across multiple campaigns for top tier clients.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely across multiple cross-functional teams with the client, have excellent communication skills in client and vendor management, and possess strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of vertical or market-specific production strategies rooted in subject matter expertise, aligned with overall production org goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for high-impact projects with multiple dependencies, driving execution to support business growth.
- Define, manage, and communicate clear timelines and processes, ensuring transparency and a focus on quality and efficiency across vendors, advertisers, and teams.
- Anticipate and address challenges during asset development, offering proactive and creative solutions.
- Manage external vendors to deliver on the agreed scope of work, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Propose, deliver and manage scalable programs in partnership with Sales and cross-functional teams.
- Continuously recommend and implement improvements to project management workflows to boost operational excellence.
- Report on production value and volume, turning insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Act as a creative ambassador for the client guidelines and production best practices.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing.

7+ years of project management or production experienceCreative or ad agency experienceCandidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to independently manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders while maintaining high attention to detailAbility to constructively navigate ambiguity and uncertaintyProficient in Keynote, Google suite, and Adobe suiteExperience managing a heavy workloadProven ability to prioritize tasks and manage ever-changing priorities in challenging situationsStrong communication skills - clear and direct written and verbalRequired Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
