Responsibilities :

• Have solid understanding and knowledge of Klber's Maintenance Program. As instructed by the manager, abide by the maintenance schedule to service equipment. Update preventative maintenance database as routine work, after repairs or changes to equipment have been made. Closeout jobs in system as approved by manager.
• Ensure that all production equipment is clean and in good working condition making full use of the Maintenance Program.
• Troubleshoot systems including machinery, equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic and install mechanical systems and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Organize, design and install electrical as required, oversee electrical design and installation of outside contractors, knowledge of control systems a plus (VFD, HMI, PLC, etc.) and understanding electrical schematics.
• Light maintenance duties such as painting, fixing small repairs, stocking / moving goods, wiping equipment down, cleaning / dusting, cleaning inventory shelves.
• Outside maintenance such as general cleanup and presentation of property and building.
