Computational Scientist II

A company is looking for a Computational Scientist II in Scientific Affairs. Key Responsibilities Analyze data from research and biopharma studies and present results to stakeholders Develop custom analysis algorithms and pipelines while ensuring quality and documentation Author and review scientific manuscripts and conference presentations to communicate research findings Required Qualifications PhD with 2+ years of industry experience in genomic technologies for clinical applications Proficient in Python and familiar with R for statistical analysis and data visualization Experience developing analysis methods and algorithms, particularly with next generation sequencing (NGS) data Working knowledge of nucleic acid chemistry and genetics Preferred experience in R&D with non-invasive technologies and regulated clinical diagnostic products
