Qualifications :
- 3+ years experience in retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- Ability to develop initial design concepts, produce presentation drawings and communicate design ideas clearly and effectively via software or hand-sketching
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modeling (Sketchup), Adobe Suite
- Ability to develop site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Ability to excel in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Interface with clients, make presentations, collaborate with other disciplines.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities effectively within schedules and budgets.
- Knowledge in material selections & finishes, construction methods, building systems
- Incorporate applicable codes, safety standards and governmental regulations into design work
- Supports project phases from initial design concepts through project completion.
- Coordinates between internal team, client, consultants, and regulatory agencies during the entitlement process.
